This spacious and beautiful house has three bedrooms with two of the bedrooms having a double bed and the third having two single beds. It has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a whirlpool bath. There is also a sauna.
The large open-plan living area has a television, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside there is a large garden and a paved terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
An outdoor pool is located directly opposite the house, which is open from June to September. Distance to fishing is approximately 100m and the house offers free fishing permission, so you can enjoy fishing along the public land located on the Gudenå.
Local shops are 6.5km away and the nearest restaurant is 2km away. The city of Aarhus is only 45 minutes away by road.
