Riverside House is situated 1km from Cootehill and there are two local rivers; the Annalee runs through the grounds, plus dozens of lakes close by which provide a wealth of excellent coarse and pike fishing. Boat hire is available and there are full tackle and bait storage facilities.

Una Smith is your host and extends a warm Irish welcome to all her guests. Riverside has four en-suite bedrooms, two large lounges with TV and a dining room overlooking the River Annalee. Wi-Fi is available and there is a pool room.
