Set within the private Duba Concession, Duba Plains Camp is surrounded by a mosaic of palm-dotted islands, expansive floodplains, and pockets of woodland—an ecosystem teeming with life and shifting beauty throughout the seasons.
The camp’s central guest area is designed as a welcoming hub, where thoughtful luxury meets relaxed safari living. Guests can gather in the elegant dining room, unwind in the comfortable lounge, or explore the interactive kitchen, wine cellar, and curated library. Outside, a spacious raised deck beneath towering ebony trees creates the perfect setting for open-air dining and storytelling under the African sky.

Accommodation at Duba Plains Camp is limited to just five bespoke suites, ensuring privacy and a highly personalised experience. Each suite is elevated on recycled railway sleeper decking and thoughtfully designed to blend into the surrounding landscape while evoking the romance of a 1920s African safari. Inside, guests will find a generous lounge area, en-suite bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers, a deep soaking bath, and all the modern comforts needed for a restful stay.
Each suite also features a private veranda complete with a plunge pool and shaded seating area, offering uninterrupted views across the floodplains where wildlife frequently passes by. For photography enthusiasts, a professional camera and lenses are provided for complimentary use, along with high-quality binoculars—allowing guests to capture and relive their safari moments long after they leave.

Safari experiences at Duba Plains Camp are as varied as the landscape itself. Guided game drives in open vehicles bring guests up close to iconic species such as leopards, elephants, and hippos, while guided bush walks offer a more intimate perspective on the environment. Water-based activities, including mokoro excursions and boating (seasonal), reveal another dimension of the Delta’s ecosystem.
