World Class Sea Fishing.. Self use boats and skippered fishing. The rich waters of North Norway provide world class fishing for big cod, coalfish, haddock and halibut plus wolf fish.

Off season fishing is great value, not quite as prolific as high summer, but big cod and halibut can be targeted. Located 300 kms above the Arctic Circle these sheltered fjords provide 24 hours of daylight from late May into early August.

All centres cater well with self use boats and comfortable cottages and apartments with full self catering facilities. Torsvag and Lauklines also offer bespoke skippered fishing on a complete charter basis. Most centres have tackle for sale or hire on site.

Self Use Boats: Please note at least one person in the group must have boat operation experience. If born after 1/1/1980 and operating a boat of 25hp and above he/she will be requested to supply an ICC, International Certificate of Competence. This must include coastal navigation to be valid in Norway. Some centers offer boat insurance others do not. If in doubt please ask.

Registration of catch: Norway has introduced a system to record what anglers catch (and release). All fishing centers must have a system for clients to be able to log their catch rates.

Our top sea fishing centers include Torsvag, Lauklines, Skjervoy, Xlyngen and Arnoy. Top fishing for big cod, halibut, coal fish, wolf fish and haddock from April to October. Well organised skippered fishing packages at Lauklines for groups of 4 to 8 persons.

Flights from the UK are not included.
